When is the CRM created?

Once payment is confirmed, we prepare your workspace and email your access link. You can then choose your password and start setting up your business.

Does included prepaid credit roll over?

No. Included AI and SMS prepaid credit is assigned monthly and does not transfer to a later month. Additional prepaid credit can be purchased separately.

What happens after the two-year promotion?

The Startup launch promotion covers the first two years. At the end of that period, the subscription renews at the regular annual Startup price.

Can IMAVELA help migrate an existing system?

Yes. Migration scope depends on the source system and data quality, so it is quoted separately after a technical review.
